(Credit Card) I have confirmed with the bank that my credit card limit is still sufficient, but why did my transaction on the MyCard platform fail?

The credit card bank will grant you a credit limit each month, which is currently divided into two parts:

If you use a credit card that requires 3-D Security authentication at the time of transaction, due to the rules of international credit card organizations, regardless of your credit limit, the monthly limit of the credit card transaction on the MyCard platform is 5000 TWD.

If you are using a credit card without 3-D Security, the monthly limit for transactions on MyCard platform is based on your credit card limit (some credit card banks set a monthly maximum limit of 5,000 TWD).

Any transaction that exceeds the limit will result in a failed transaction. Please note that this limit restriction is to prevent online fraud and to ensure the safety of your credit card.
