How can I confirm my order?
You can click “Order inquiry” at the top of the MyMall page to view your purchase history for the last 1 month, and you can confirm whether the transaction was successful via the transaction status. If the status shows “Processing”, it means that this transaction has not been completed, you will need to make a purchase again. If the product purchased is a physical product, it is recommended that you check the order status after waiting for 1 to 3 days after placing an order. If the status shows that the product has been shipped, it means that the product is in the process of being shipped. Please pay attention to the notification of the package arriving in the near future.
