Why I didn’t receive the member newsletter after I subscribed?

If you do not receive the member newsletter after subscribing, please refer to the following methods:

  • Please log in to your account, then go to the Edit Member Personal Info page to make sure you have checked the “Subscribe News, Special offers and service from MyCard.” box.
  • Please go to your email mailbox to check whether the newsletter is classified as spam.
  • Please check whether your email has ever made any settings to reject this newsletter.
  • If you are still unable to receive the email we sent, you can fill out the Problem Processing Application Form to request for contact email modification to our customer service.
