Why I didn’t receive the member newsletter after I subscribed?
If you do not receive the member newsletter after subscribing, please refer to the following methods:
- Please login to your account, then go to the Edit Member Personal Info page to make sure you have checked the “Subscribe News, Special offers and service from MyCard.” box.
- Please go to your email mailbox to check whether the newsletter is classified as spam.
- Please check whether your email has ever made any settings to reject this newsletter.
- If you are still unable to receive the email we sent, you can fill out the Problem Processing Application Form to request for contact email modification to our customer service.
