What should I do if I forget my password?

You can go to the [Member Center] and click [Forgot Password], enter the MyCard member account and verification code to verify your MyCard member account eligibility. After completing the steps, you can change your account’s password.

• Please enter your MyCard member account (email or mobile number). After pressing the “Send” button, the system will send a MyCard forgot password verification email to your mailbox or mobile phone number, then fill in the code into the website.
