My money has been deducted after a successful transaction, but I didn’t receive the points? What should I do with the deducted money?

If you successfully top up using one of the following overseas payment methods, but do not receive the game points, you can confirm by following the information below:

Overseas payment methods: PayPal, Alipay, UnionPay online payment, 99bil, Tenpay, Payment by Phone Service.

Processing steps:

  • After the transaction is successful, please confirm on the [Transaction Help] page on the official MyCard website after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Select “Email” as the query condition in “Transaction Help” to search for the transaction.
  • If the transaction status is [Transaction failed], it means that your point purchase was not successful. MyCard will take the initiative to provide transaction cancellation and refund data to the payment platform for processing.
  • Refunds from canceled transactions will be issued in approximately 4 to 28 business days. If the refund has not been received by the stated time, please contact the payment platform.

If you still want to buy points, please try making the purchase again.
