If you do not receive the relevant product after making a purchase with the Payment by Phone Service or Octopus, please contact Soft-World Hong Kong during business hours. Please note that, if you wish to cancel the transaction and make a refund for the purchase with the Payment by Phone Service, or Octopus, a 10% administration fee will be charged.
