How do I modify the order?

If the product has not been shipped, you can cancel it online. If you have completed your order, but want to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible to process the transaction cancellation. Because physical products take 3-5 working days to be successfully delivered, please call the customer service hotline as soon as possible within 7 days after you receive the product shipment.

Please note that the returned goods must be in a brand new state (the appearance must not be scratched, damaged, or damp) and complete packaging (including inner and outer packaging, gifts, etc.), and the receipt from the purchase must be included.

If the damage on the packaging is deemed to have exceeded the rules regarding acceptable product returns, it may affect your right in returning the goods. Our party will reduce the related costs according to the degree of the product damage. But this does not apply if the damage is caused by problems with the product itself or the shipping process.
