Can I apply for transaction cancellation and refund for overseas payment methods?

1. Please note that for the following payment methods, once the transaction is successful, it is not possible to apply for a refund:
Indonesia region payment methods
Thailand region payment methods (excluding Thailand region credit card)
Philippines region payment methods (excluding Philippines region credit card)
Singapore FAST

2. Refunds application must be made only by the purchasers themselves and must be accompanied by the relevant proof of payment. Below are the refund administration fees for each payment method:
Alipay, UnionPay, and Hong Kong payment methods: 10% of the total refund amount.
VISA (Global): 10% of the total refund amount.
Mastercard (Global): 10% of the total refund amount.
Malaysia region payment method: 10% of the total refund amount.
Singapore eNETS: 10% of the total refund amount.
Singapore GrabPay: 10% of the total refund amount.
Singapore PAYNOW: 1 SGD + 5% of the total refund amount.
Thailand region credit card: 15 THB + 10% of the total refund amount.
Philippines region credit card: 20 PHP + 10% of the total refund amount.
Vietnam region payment method: 10% of the total refund amount.
