My account status is a ordinary member, why can’t I top up?

Currently, there is no distinction between the types of MyCard members. This applies before 5 March 2018, MyCard members are called ordinary members before completing the verification. For member accounts that have not verified mobile numbers, will asked to bind a mobile phone number when logging in. The function of the member service can only be used after the account has completed the email and mobile number verification process.
