Why do I need to do mobile phone verification when applying for MyCard membership?

In order to meet the requirements of the police and improve the security of MyCard member accounts, starting from 22 August 2016, the security mechanism of MyCard Members from Soft-World International has changed, with the following information:

  • New MyCard member account user: During the account registration process, you must perform a mobile number verification procedure to become a MyCard member.
  • Existing MyCard member users: After logging in with the existing account, you must complete the mobile number verification procedure to be able to use various member functions (including the MyCoins in the account).
  • If the mobile number you bind is no longer in use or you would like to change the mobile number to re-bind, please contact the customer service center and submit an application to modify the mobile phone number. After the modification is completed, you can log in to your MyCard member account again, and follow the steps above to re-bind another mobile phone number. Binding or modifying the phone number will not affect your existing membership rights.
